1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

These terms govern the sale of Canter products through this website and any order placed with us. By placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. AGE RESTRICTION

Canter is an adult product. You must be 18 or over to browse, order, or take delivery. We may cancel any order where we reasonably believe the age requirement has not been met.

3. ORDERS AND CONTRACT

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send confirmation that the goods have been dispatched. We may decline an order where the item is unavailable, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we cannot verify payment or delivery details.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. UK mainland delivery is free unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is taken at the point of order through our payment providers or the marketplace you order from; we do not store full card details.

5. DELIVERY

Orders ship fully assembled in plain, discreet outer packaging with no product imagery or explicit branding. Estimated delivery times are indicative, not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with photographs so we can arrange a replacement.

6. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

Cancellation rights, the 14-day period, and the hygiene exemption that applies to intimate products are set out in full in our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. SAFE USE

Canter must be used on a firm, level surface with the frame fully seated and all fixings tight. Check fixings before each use. Do not exceed the stated user weight limit, do not stand on the product, and keep it out of reach of children. Use accessories only as described in the supplied instructions, with a compatible water-based lubricant. We are not liable for injury or damage arising from misuse, modification, or failure to follow the instructions.

8. WARRANTY

The frame and saddle are covered for 12 months from delivery against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty excludes normal wear, cosmetic marks, damage from misuse or unsuitable cleaning products, and consumable or intimate accessory parts.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

CANTER®, the Canter logo, all site content, and the product design are protected. The design is registered in the United Kingdom under Registered Design No. 6544786. Copying, manufacturing, or importing the design or any close imitation without written permission will be pursued.

10. LIABILITY

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. PRIVACY

We process order and contact data only to fulfil your order and to respond to enquiries. We do not sell customer data. Marketing emails are sent only with consent and can be stopped at any time.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND CONTACT
